DR. NOMA ROBERSON

 

Dr. Noma Roberson is visionary founder, a retired cancer research scientist, business owner and ministry leader with over forty years of dedicated service in women's ministry. She holds a Doctorate in Experimental Pathology/Epidemiology/Cancer Control and has studied at Houghton Bible College. Known for her combination of intellect and compassionate leadership, Dr. Roberson offers strategic vision and steadfast guidance, mentoring women across generations to pursue faith and purpose.

Dr. Roberson has built a distinguished career as a program designer, director, national president and international consultant, empowering women through leadership and spiritual development worldwide. She is also a business owner and prolific author of eight books and numerous scientific articles. Further, Dr. Roberson’s work has taken her around the world, where she has spoken, trained and mentored women across cultures with clarity, grace and authority.  Her work spans medicine, science, ministry and business, consistently reflecting her commitment to serving others for the glory of God. Dr. Roberson’s legacy is marked by her lasting impact on those she has mentored and led.

As the founder and host of “The Alabaster Experience” Dr. Roberson carries the heart of this gathering with prayerful intention and spiritual authority. Her passion is to create sacred spaces where women are invited to live boldly surrendered – unapologetic in faith and beautiful in purpose.  The Alabaster Experience was birthed through prayer and obedience – to gather women for transformation. It was this experience that enabled Dr. Roberson to identify women’s needs and seize the opportunity to bless them through divinely appointed leadership.

Cheronn Roberson-King

Cheronn Roberson‑King is an attorney, educator, and faith‑driven leader who blends legal expertise, educational insight, and ministry experience to empower women toward purpose, healing, and legacy. A Cornell‑ and George Washington University–educated professional, she is devoted to helping women lead boldly, worship authentically, and build lives rooted in impact and obedience.

Dr. Theresa Rush

Dr. Rush is a Board‑Certified Obstetrician‑Gynecologist with 32 years of private practice experience and a partner at one of the largest OB/GYN groups in the Buffalo region. A Howard University honors graduate and SUNY Buffalo–trained physician, she specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and became certified in robotic surgery in 2013.

Rev. Nichelle Early

Rev. Nichelle L. Early is a nationally recognized evangelist and prophetic minister with 28 years of soul‑winning impact and a presence across major Christian media networks. As Founder of BreakForth Ministries and CEO of BreakForth Solutions, Inc., she is distinguished for uniting ministry and marketplace leadership. She serves as an ordained Associate Pastor committed to empowering people to live victoriously in Christ.

Hallie Senette

Hallie Senette serves as the Executive Director and Principal Instructor at Gideon Institute and acts as a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen of America in New Orleans, LA. With extensive expertise as a mortgage consultant, Hallie's professional background also encompasses pastoral counseling, Christian education, and biblical studies, supported by her graduate studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. She is committed to excellence in her work and guidance within her fields of specialization.

Dr. Valerie Daniels-Carter

Dr. Valeria Daniels-Carter is the President and CEO of V&J Holding Companies, Inc., the largest African American female-owned restaurant franchisee in the United States, and Executive Senior Pastor of Holy Redeemer Institutional Church of God in Christ. A nationally celebrated business leader and humanitarian, she has been honored by Essence magazine as one of the 50 most inspiring African Americans in the U.S. Dr. Carter serves as a minority owner of the Milwaukee Bucks and a board member of the Green Bay Packers.

Dr. Carter has partnered with the Minority Franchise Association to build a modern orphanage wing in Kenya and founded medical clinics in Bondo and Nairobi. She equipped communities across East Africa with advanced medical tools and acquired 99 acres in Ghana for women's entrepreneurship—growing from 12 to 2,600 participants. She also developed three schools and multiple water wells serving 20,000 families in Kenya. Additionally, Dr. Carter helped establish a campus featuring her local church, residential housing, a medical clinic, and an Art Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Dr. Breeann Wilson

Dr. Breeann Wilson is a board-certified podiatrist with over 14 years of experience in foot and ankle care. She is the founder and owner of Pure Podiatry of WNY, PLLC. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology and Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Wilson is a well-established podiatric surgery specialist. In 2024, Dr. Wilson received the Excellence in Health Care Award. She is a dedicated and passionate leader who serves as an example for many young women who wish to find balance in a career and family life.
